Device Locked Up with Solid White Light?

If you're experiencing a solid white light at all times and a "No Device Connected" message in the Transfer App when the device is plugged in, then please follow the reset steps outlined below:

This only applies if the white light remains on after unplugging from the computer. Oftentimes, this is paired with a "Firmware Update Failed" message.

1. Unplug the device from the computer with white light locked on
2. While holding down the power button, press the reset button (note: the reset button can be accessed by inserting a pin or paperclip into the tiny circular hole above the micro-usb port)
3. Continue to hold down the power button until you feel the device vibrate
4. After vibration release the power button and the device should be flashing red and white, indicating that it is searching for GPS
5. Take the device outside to an open area and wait for it to acquire GPS (~1-3 minutes), which you will know when only the white light is flashing
6. After connected to GPS power off the device and plug it into your computer via the micro-usb cable
7. Open the Transfer Application and log in
8. The device should be functioning properly again and allow you to upload your most recent round

Note: while performing this reset you will be creating a new "round" on the device, which will subsequently upload with an error, as there is no data associated with the "round"
