Unit Stopped Vibrating

If your GAME GOLF device no longer vibrates when tagging a shot and you are within the 12-month warranty please send us the following info:

- Mailing address we can ship a new unit with fully functioning vibrator
- Proof of purchase (receipt, or online invoice from where the device was purchased - along with date of purchase)
- GAME GOLF username
- Device ID # of GAME GOLF device (can be found when plugging the GAME GOLF unit into your computer and clicking the Red Arrow button in the round transfer software)
