If you are having issues with your medallion pairing, please try the following:
• Reset Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone by turning it off and back on
• Check any other devices in the vicinity, GYG Medallion should not be in Bluetooth settings. If the issue persists please try these steps: Settings > General > iPhone Storage> Delete the app
• Reboot your medallion by turning it off and back on If you are still having trouble, please email email@example.com for assistance.
